The Client Journey

At The Minster Partnership, we realise that every client and situation is different and therefore we follow a carefully designed financial planning process so that you know exactly what to expect from every stage of the journey.  This is what our six simple steps look like:

Initial meeting and review

We will arrange an introductory meeting to fully explain how our service works, identify your primary needs and objectives, and address any questions.

Getting to know you

If you feel our services would be beneficial to you, we will embark upon a detailed fact-finding exercise to gain access to your existing financial situation and review and understand your objectives.  We will then have a true picture of your financial affairs.

Analysis

Based on your agreed objectives, we will work with you to complete a bespoke financial plan.

Recommendation

Once we have developed a strategic plan, we will take you through it stage by stage.  It will set out specific and realistic recommendations designed to help you achieve your objectives over an agreed timescale.

Implementation

Now it’s time to put the plan into action.  We will process all the necessary paperwork and liaise with the relevant providers to ensure your application process runs smoothly and effectively.

On-going service

Where an on-going service is agreed, we will help you review your financial plan to ensure it is on track and in line with your objectives.
